Manufacturing
A 2D drawing of the workpiece designed by the Sen Design Ltd design team is prepared according to technical drawing standards, and then the part is produced using predetermined methods.
In order to achieve the desired quality in part production, a production team with many years of experience and qualified machines are required.
3 and 5 Axis CAM
Machining centers where 3 perpendicular axes (x, y and z) and 2 rotation axes can move simultaneously are called 5-axis machines. Production with 5-axis movements is frequently used in the aviation industry, mold industry, and the manufacturing of all specially shaped parts.
5-axis machines have a reputation for being difficult to program. However, in parallel with the machine technology, programming technology is also developing and the programming process is becoming easier.
3D Design
For many years, engineering was done on drawing tables and was kept on paper. In the late 1960s, computers moved away from being just archives used to store these drawings and turned into a drawing medium that was entirely within the limits of the user’s imagination.
This trend, which started with 2D drawing, continues with solid modeling programs that perform advanced engineering calculations with the development of technology.
